Refund and Return Policies

Refund Policy:

  1. Customers are eligible for a refund if they receive the wrong product or size of the item they ordered from Aromesa under the brand name Simply Natural Enterprise.
  2. The refund request must be initiated within three (3) days from the date of delivery of the product.
  3. To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number, and clear images showing the incorrect product or size received.
  4. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for the refund to be processed.
  5. Once the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  6. Depending on the payment method and the customer’s financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.

Return Policy:

    1. A return option is available only for broken or damaged products received by customers from Aromesa under the brand name Simply Natural Enterprise.
    2. To initiate a return, customers must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the broken or damaged product.
    3. Customers are required to provide evidence of the damage, such as clear images or a video showcasing the issue with the product.
    4. Once the return request is approved, customers will be provided with instructions on how to return the damaged product to us.
    5. The returned product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories that came with the item.
    6. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the damage, we will offer the customer a replacement of the same product or, if unavailable, a refund for the damaged item.
    7. If the customer chooses a replacement, it will be shipped to the customer’s address free of charge.
    8. In case a refund is preferred, it will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    9. The processing time for returns may vary depending on the customer’s location and shipping times, but we will strive to resolve the issue promptly.

    General Notes:

    1. Refunds and returns are applicable only to products purchased directly from Aromesa, a brand under Simply Natural Enterprise.
    2. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for a refund or return.
    3. Any product purchased from authorized retailers or third-party sellers must be subject to their respective refund and return policies.
