Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

1.4 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item, subject to stock availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must pass inspection by our quality control team.

Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement product promptly or provide store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
